The whistleblowing hotline is available in more than 70 languages and can therefore be used around the world.

With the help of the integrated machine translation service, cases and dialogue with the whistleblower can be automatically translated directly in the system. There is also the option to connect you with a translation agency which works for the security agencies.

Simple case handling through integrated case management

The EQS Integrity Line whistleblowing hotline has an integrated case management which allows you to process cases efficiently and easily directly within the specialised department.

You can set individual user authorisations and rights for your employees and configure access to reported cases and integrity settings via the user and access management. In addition, parts of a case can be anonymised with caseworkers only able to view the information previously provided.

A revision log is created for each case and for each activity. This allows you to see the complete revision path and the editing activity directly in the system.

Extensive analysis functions and statistics

EQS Integrity Line offers various dashboards and interactive charts to enable efficient compliance reporting. Real-time data analysis is also provided. Additional search and filter functions allow a granular analysis of your data.

It is possible to download the cases and their information in Excel format for detailed analysis.
